Your Feet - Hidden or on Show?

Summer means sandals and going barefoot - this spells bad news for heels and toes!  If you look after your feet, chances are you are more than happy to show off your feet in flip-flops and sandals, but many women opt for shoes that hide their feet because they think
them "so ugly".

Think about what your feet endure every day ..... yet they receive so little attention.  Regular Pedicures every four weeks are a matter of good grooming, preventing infection and other foot problems.  When your feet are comfortable, your entire body feels better.  Your feet are your grounding on earth.  Your feet are also one of the most sensitive parts of the body, yet we have a tendency to abuse our feet more than any other part of the body, by standing on them all day, squeezing them into tight shoes, and not tending to their care on a regular basis.

Nobody has perfect feet!  However, there is a lot that can be done to make them look pretty and the first thing is to have the hard skin professionally removed by a Nail Stylist.  Once removed, you will be given a daily moisturiser to take away which will keep those heels and soft and silky.  Toe nails can be professionally shaped (and thickness and ridges removed) which will transform the look of your toes.  Are your feet hot and puffy?  The Nail Lounge SpaPedicure treatment includes a mineral clay masque which will improve circulation and leave your feet cool and tingling.

The SpaPedicure treatment refreshes, revitalizes and renews tired achy feet with over 30 botanicals and natural ingredients from the sea that are as beautiful as they are fragrant.  The senses are awakened with the aromatherapeutic vapors of eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint and spearmint oils as they work to soothe and deodorize feet.  Marine derived Lactic Acid penetrates dry areas and culluses to gradually polish skin, while Sea Kelp and micro Sea Algae condition the skin for a silky feel.  The lasting benefits of the cooling, hydrating mineral clay masque are an indescribable nirvana for the feet.

It's time to show off those feet!

Cracked and hard skin is commonplace in the Summer - make sure you moisturise your feet daily, using a quality product such as Cucumber Heel Therapy, to avoid unsightly dry skin.  Why pay out for stunning sandals, only to be ashamed of your neglected feet?
